Enzyme Reading Response
Three thing i learned are that enzymes work as part of the immune system and digestive systems. A second thing i learned is that the upper stomach contains no digestive juices at all, A third thing i learned is that Hydrollic acid activates pepsinogen .
I think if i make changes to my diet, I would make to my diet is to try to eat more foods, and not all cooked food.

Responding to enzymes article
The three things that I learned from the article.
1.Over 5000 enzymes have been discovered.
2.Enzymes fall into 3 different classifications, metabolic, digestive, and food enzymes.
3.Sarry Fallon is the pro-raw food type so her information is extremely biased and out of date.
I'm not going to change my eating habits after reading this.
