How does your garden grow

Our plants are getting bigger and adding biomass everyday. They are doing photosynthesis, respiration and mitosis. The way mitosis works is in many stages. Prophase is the condensation of DNA into chromosomes. Metaphase is where the chromosomes line up to split apart. In anaphase, the cells and chromosomes split from each other. Cytokineses splits the membranes from each other and separates them. Telophase makes the chromosomes fall apart and go into individual DNA strands. In photosynthesis, light goes into the chloroplasts into the stroma and thylakoinds. The energy of the light creates high energy electrons from water, creating oxygen. the electrons make NAD+ into NADPH and some ATP. Then it goes to the calvin cycle. the calvin cycle uses the NADPH and ATP to make CO2 into glucose. In respiration, it begins with glycolosis. A molecule of glucose is split with 2 ATP, creating 4 ATP, 2NADH and 2 pryuvic acid. Then it goes to the krebs cycle, creating ATP, FADH2 and NADH. The NADH and FADH2 go to the electron transport chain, making hydrogen ions go against the gradient. The ions go through the ATP synthase, creating ATP. The total ATP created is 36.
PEPC and rubisco are enzymes, which make them proteins. RNA polmerase separates the DNA then creates a complimentary strand through the process of transcription. The mRNA goes out into a ribosome which reads it for creating protein through the process of translation. tRNA comes to the ribosome with the proper amino acid to create a protein chain until it gets to a stop. The proteins can become enzymes.
